Better Care Home Health Services is a family-owned agency dedicated to providing excellent and comprehensive home health care to individuals and families of Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery and Bucks counties. Our Care Process:
In home assessment: Our care team assess your needs and your home environment to determine the type of care needed. This visit will take place in your place of residence with anyone you wish to have present.
Customized care plan: We work closely with you and your family members to develop a plan that reflects your personal needs. Our goal is to bring you back to your highest level of health, well-being and independence.
Selecting a caregiver: Based on your needs and preferences we will provide you with a caregiver who will meet your needs and reflect your interests and specific preferences. This caregiver can be a family qualified family member.
We start a client relationship by providing a free consultation where together we can explore your individual needs and offer the most helpful and appropriate care plan.

Our Team
At Better Care we aim to only hire passionate and dedicated individuals. Our team consists of a multidisciplinary team of social care and healthcare professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those they help.
Our non-medical team who provides companionship and assistance with activities of daily living consists of home health aides, certified nursing assistants, and caregivers. Our caregivers are individually matched to the consumer. We screen and properly train all our caregivers
Our social care team consists of social workers and case managers who provide social service assistance as well as assistants with home care benefits enrollment.
